When to take Melatonin

Is it safe to take Melatonin in the morning and not and not worry about operating equiptment or driving ?
Answer
Melatonin has little or no side effects. In some cases of heavy overdose, people experience mild drowsiness. My advice is if you have never used melatonin supplements, try it at first when not operating heavy machinery to see its effect. I also do not counsel anyone to use melatonin when performing sensitive duties. See my melatonin page for more info.
