TITLE: Life Coach South Shore SafeTY.net Program, Full-Time
REPORTS TO: Robin Sklarin, Program Director, SafeTY.net
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A/B.S. Degree required; social/human services field concentration
- Previous experience working with families preferred
- Valid driver’s license and daily use of a car required
- Knowledge of substance abuse preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage substance abusing and at-risk, traumatized, high-risk young adults
- Help participants establish positive personal and feasible goals
- Establish educational goals and opportunities for clients
- Engage family members to support the progress of their child
- Timely submission of progress notes and employment plans for consumers
- Compliance with all Society Policies and Procedures and New York State Mental Hygiene, HIPAA and other laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
